Comments: Our decision to acquire a winter residence in Scottsdale involved frequent, short notice, back and forth trips between Colorado and Arizona to review and inspect prospective properties. Comments: My husband and I had the good fortune to work with your agent, Ivan Zuieback, in early 2006, when we purchased our winter home in the Kierland area. As total newcomers to the Scottsdale/Phoenix region, we relied on his knowledge, understanding and ability to help us select an area that met our needs, as well as find the perfect home located there. He did all that smoothly. But that was just the beginning.
Due to unexpected circumstances, our time in Arizona last winter was extremely limited. You would think the necessity of working long distance would make our task even more challenging. Not so. Thank goodness for Ivan. He handled the purchase transactions very professionally, communicated well with us and with the sellers and, in general, made the entire buying process easy.
The services Ivan provided extended well past the purchase of our home. He also helped us locate home inspectors and excellent tradespeople to do the desired painting and small home renovation projects we wanted to accomplish prior to moving in.
